Note that these instructions are written for the initial consult fee, but the process is similar for in person copays, and self pay surgical fees.
- Sign in to your patient portal. (See Here)
- Select “View All” on your portal dashboard.
- Select the appointment right after your Televisit Consult. (The one with the “copay” attached.) We understand that technically this is not a copay, but this is how it is labeled in our system to collect payments through the portal.
- Fill in your Personal Information, and your Payment information then click “Make Payment”.
